Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

Hi, so I downloaded and set up the 2 factor Authentication. But when I sign in to my account, I still get the notification that I have a certain amount of times to log-in before im locked out of the account again.

I'm not able to log into my account or even reset my password.
