It looks like the system has blocked me out of the HUD counselor central.
Can you please reset my access to HUDCounselors.com?
Also, please let me know the instructions to set up 2 factor authentication so I can avoid this issue in the future.
I understand that your hours could be limited due to the holidays but asking urgency if possible.
I have an HUD exam upcoming Friday, so need all my access to be able to take the exam.
