Hello: I'm having difficulty registering for the onsite HUD Counselor Certification Exam. When I log into my account and go to the exam registration page, it repeatedly reroutes me to the start page after I've entered the information requested. I'd like to take the exam at an onsite testing facility here in NYC. Based on information provided on the HUD Housing Counselors website, I found a Kryterion Testing site here in midtown Manhattan. I contacted them and was informed that registration for the exam is arranged solely through HUD. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Andre McKenzie
