Hi good morning my name is Karen Vasaura. I'm just reaching out. I did some submit a ticket but it is urgent. So I'm trying to log into my hub housing counselor account and it's given me an error. It's saying contact support to reset your access. I had a test scheduled for 8:45 AM so I'm just afraid that I won't be able to reschedule or just get a refund. Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.
