I had my HUD Certification online exam scheduled for today Feb/18/25 at 1 PM and the HUD system denied me access saying that my password for the Log in did not work. I tried to reset it. I received an email from HUD with a code but once I used the code it did not give me the option to enter a new password. I contacted the Kriterion team via chat. I chatted with Noreen S who referred me to Ajanta Consulting LLC, directly (but I don't know what that is).
I would like to regain access to my account and get a refund of my $60 paid for the online exam that I was unable to take due to internal problems with the HUD platform. I even called 210-489-1461 and left a voicemail with my name Melissa Montas asking them to call me at 774-330-8900 on my cell phone. I look forward to your response.
