Good afternoon. My name is Loisita Rodriguez. I am calling from Community Housing Innovations. I am calling because I have put in tickets. I've also emailed and left a voice message regarding my inability to be able to log in. They require a 2 step authorization but it will not allow me to move further than the login screen.
