Hello, I am a real estate agent in Oshkosh, WI. I was wondering if being a certified HUD counselor by taking the exam would boost my chances with HUD for being an REO agent if not could you please explain what is the certified HUD counselor certificate use for?
Do you know how I can become a listing agent for HUD and if there are any programs that could boost my chances?
Do you know the name, number or website for HUDs asset managers?
