Hi, my name is Chelsea Johnson again, my name is Chelsea Johnson I was scheduled to take the online HUD counselor exam yesterday at 2:30. I was unable to log into my account for some reason. It kept giving me an error message that said contact support to reset your access. I tried to my password and I never received the confirmation of how to do so. I never received the e-mail or any anything allowing me to change my password. I was unable to take the test. I'm reaching out while I called yesterday, no one was working and no one was there. So I'm calling back today again. My name is Johnson, 314-938-9767. If you could please give me a call, I'd like to get my account squared away so that I can take the HUD exam. Thank you so much. Bye.
