Hi, my name is Johanna Murphy. I left a voicemail on Friday February 21st regarding my login and the two step authenticator. I know you guys reset, you know that your ticket, you reset my my account. However, my issue is I don't have AQR code who I must. I clearly have no idea how to use this authenticator. I've looked I've both of them have the Google, have the Microsoft and have them both and then and I need AQR code to be able to generate these codes and unless I'm doing something wrong there I have one through my office for Microsoft and that pulls up 6 digit verification code that doesn't work. It keeps asking me for a QR code. I really do apologize for some reason. I've asked many people on how to figure this one out and for whatever reason it's just not working and it is driving me a little crazy unfortunately. I know you guys can send a support ticket or if someone reaches out I don't know. My phone number is 413-443-7138 ext 258. Thank you.
