Hi, my name is Jacqueline Chips and I was scheduled to take the Hut exam at the Alpha Technical Institute, 5401 Schaeffer Rd. in Dearborn, MI today at 2:00 PM. Unfortunately this morning when I went to leave for work my car wouldn't start. So I had we had arrangements with my manager to work from home and then I had asked my aunt if she would be willing to take me to the testing site this afternoon. Thankfully she agreed and I was able to make it. But since I didn't drive I didn't grab my wallet. The testing site is over an hour away from where I live so I didn't have time to come home and grab it. When I went inside I explained to the lady that my car won't start. I had to get a ride up here and wallet and she told me to get on webassessor.com to reschedule. They told me to get online. It wouldn't let me submit. Sorry. I support ticket so leaving the voicemail. I'm just hoping that there is a possibility that I could reschedule the exam again. My name is Jacqueline Chips and my phone number is 734-731-6158.
