Hello, I have been trying to cancel my certification test exam that is scheduled for this upcoming Monday, March 3rd. Your site has ben down for the last two days, this is what it reads.
"Temporarily Unavailable
The website that you're trying to reach is having technical difficulties and is currently unavailable.
We are aware of the issue and are working hard to fix it. Thank you for your patience.
Please assist in cancelling my Certification Exam Test for Monday, March 3rd and please provide a the $100 refund that I paid with my American Express.

The exam fee has been refunded to the purchase card. It may take a couple of weeks to be reflected in your statement. You must purchase a new exam if you still wish to take it.
