I can not get past the two way authenticator. It deleted off my phone some how. Can you please reset it so I can scan the QR code to reset it up on my phone. I am not sure why It keeps doing this, but this is the second time I am looked out. I made a new account under my personal email and have been locked out of that one as well. I need to continue to take my HUD exam. Can you please help me with this.
