My name is Diana Diaz. Since elementary school, I have been diagnosed with dyslexia, which significantly impacts my reading speed and comprehension. I have difficulty identifying speech sounds and learning how they relate to letters and words. Throughout my education, I have consistently received accommodations such as extended time on tests, the use of audiobooks, and the option to take tests orally. I have also learned that reading out loud to myself facilitates the way I process the information. These accommodations have allowed me to demonstrate my knowledge more accurately, despite the challenges posed by my disability. Now, as I apply for this certification I am again requesting to be allowed to read the questions out loud to myself to ensure that I can fully demonstrate my abilities and knowledge.
Please take this into consideration and thank you for your understanding.

Hello, I requested an…
Hello,
I requested an accommodation and was granted the accommodation, however when I took the exam I was not given any accommodations only the extra time but the whole test keep kicking me out many times.
I requested to be allowed to read out loud and use of audiobooks and during the exam they did not let me do it.
I contact the support center where I was doing the exam and was told me “ looks like the wrong candidate was added to the accommodation list for your exam, we will need HUD Housing to update it so you can finish your exam. I suggest to reach out to them and let them know that the wrong name was added to your accommodation.
I suffer very bad anxiety and stress and right now I don’t know what to do I had to take the exam without the accommodation s and i failed and I don’t have the money to retake again. I believe is unfair that I have to take the exam again and pay again because I did not receive the accommodation on the first place because of a mistake made in my account . I need help resolving this issue
Please help me thank you!
