Thank you for informing us of the issue you are experiencing. To better enable us to resolve the issue, please provide more information by updating this ticket via the link at the bottom of this message. Please provide the email associated with your account as bgompah@bulny.org is not an email that is registered in our system. Also please provide us with a good phone number to reach out to you. From our records it does indicate another account was used with a different email and TFA has been bypassed multiple times. Please be aware you are required to set up TFA once you log into your account.

To whom it may concern,

Good morning and thank you for the response. The email associated with my account is Gompahb2018@gmail.com, and cell phone number is 716-908-5735. The TFA has been bypassed multiple times; However, when i have attempted to setup a TFA, the code that is sent to me by your system which i have copied and pasted would send me an error message and would not be accepted. Once this occurs, it would then lock me out.

Support reached out early this morning. We will attempt to reach out later today as well. We do suggest clearing out all cache, windows or open browsers and restart the TFA setup. If you have any further questions, please respond via this ticket.

He has registered, re-registered, and has been kicked out/locked out of the system. He has been working with Kryterion to get his computer working, but he has been constantly referred back to HUD.
