I am contacting support because I am unable to access my account due to the two-step verification process. I have tried to resolve the issue but cannot find a way to regain access. The system indicates that I need to reset my access.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.
