Dear Giovanna,

Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Please be sure to close all open windows or browsers and clear your cache. The Authenticator app has to be open in order for you to see the code it is asking for. 

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

I am having 2 factor authentication issues to where I cannot log in. My account was recently reset due to not setting up 2 factor but now that it's set up, I don't know where the verification code is going. The account isn't linked to any authenticator or email, I suppose. Please help! Thank you :)
