Hello, my name is Monica Rhoda Puffer. My phone number is 480-253-1141. I'm trying to register for the HUD Housing Counselor exam and I am not able to log into my portal account. The system keeps asking me to reset my password and when I reset my password I still cannot get in. It will ask me to reset the password again and I just need to register for the exam. I promised my employer I will take the exam on March 31st. I'm ready to take it if you could please help me with this situation. My phone number is 480-253-1141. Thank you

Once you log into your account and have already downloaded the authenticator app, you will need to click on the link on your HUD account
Generate verification codes from a mobile or desktop application.
A verification code will be generated after you scan the above QR code or manually enter the setup code. The verification code is six digits long.
