Is there a possibility you created a previous account with another email address? If so, please indicate the email address or the dates in which you took your previous exam.

Good morning ,

Yes I create the account with my work email crodriguez@gpasspa.org but I have to made an inquiry to hud on February because I was leaving that job . Now the issue is now resolved I’m able to log in with my personal email this one.

I took the exam several times , 2021 and 2024 around February . And then June 17, June 22 and June 25,2025 I passed the exam.

Support would suggest you log in with your work account and update the email to your current personal email, so you are able to access that account with all of your previous testing information before it is deactivated.

Hello my name is Carilyn Rodriguez , I was finally able to gain access to my account and enable my two steps authentication. I’m now in my account and I don’t see my exam records , either that I pass my exam last time. This information got deleted is any way I can retrieve my information please.
