Hello my name is Victoria Grant GRANT. I'm trying to log into my account online so I can schedule for my exam but I cannot. It keeps asking me for a authenticator and Microsoft authenticator and I have no clue how to attach it to the authenticator that I do have on here on my phone from a previous company. But I'm really trying to figure out where is it sending the code so I'm able to see it so I can add in the application code that they're asking for. My phone number is 215-240-2225. Again, it's Victoria and I'm calling because I have a technical difficulty due to me not being able to find the application code to put in. It did say to verify to verify or something like that.
