Due to an issue with my computer my exam was suspended. According to the email I received you have "rescheduled" my exam for 4/10/25. It appears that I am unable to make any changes or reschedule because it shows in "in progress" status. I will need to take the test sooner because of the expiration of my certification. Please advise

Original Ticket Body: I am unable to take the HECM Exam on my computer and would like to change to a proctored test facility.
