Hello , so I been sending tickets from my account with my email caryrodriguez11@gmail.com . Last support request I sent the answer was to log in with my work email crodriguez@gpasspa.org to be able to see my certification exam history or transactions and I just did , it ask me to listed the new email I want to change my account (this account) and I wrote again my personal email ; caryrodriguez11@gmail.com , but again the error message was this email is already taken of course is taken it seems that now I have two accounts and I never request that, I request my account (this one) to be able to change my email since my email was the work email and I was leaving my job back in February 2025. Somehow I in order to access my exam history I have to request reset password and I listed crodriguez@gpasspa.org and I have the forgot password link at my personal email caryrodriguez11@gmail.com and this is the account that when logged in it’s like I never too the exam and no history at all. So I follow the instructions on the reset password email and is when I have to out new password and email if wanted to changed to I have to change the email not to my personal email caryrodriguez11@gmail.com because it give me the message email already taken I have to use my daughter email . But again I have to have my own email in order to log in and see my history I even have the 2steps authentication app for google with my email . I need to be able to merged this account with my history’s to my personal email caryrodriguez11@gmail.com Please.

Not able to log in anymore and see my account history’s so I try to reset my password and I can’t because is telling to contact support for it . I really need help I can log in to this account caryrodriguez11@gmail.com but I don’t see my exam history . Instead when I log in using the email crodriguez@gpasspa.org I cannot I have to request forgot password and follow the instruction I did try to change the email to my personal caryrodriguez11@gmail.com and the problem is that the email is already taken but it is taken is my email 😭😭

You have 2 accounts for HUD which both indicate the email address of caryrodriguez11@gmail.com. However, you have 2 different usernames to each account that could be the reason why you are not able to login into the correct account. However, in Kryterion if you are able to login the email address on that account is your old work email account crodriguez@gpasspa.org which has all your past test. Unfortunately, we are not able to merge the accounts in HUD or Kryterion. I would suggest reaching out to Kryterion to see if they are able to merge the accounts for you.
