I sent in a support ticket Friday about accessing my exam score. I was told to look on my user profile, however, I have checked my user profile thoroughly and it is not there. Could you potentially respond to this ticket with my last failed HECM exam score please. I would like to see where I placed so I can understand how much I need to study. I can assure you I have completely checked through my account so please do not provide me with directions to access it because I promise it is nowhere to be found. Thank you!

Dear Nathan,
Upon completion of your testing you receive and notification whether you passed or failed your exam. Log into your Kryterion account under registrations you will be able to view the scheduled test, date completed and results. Support does not have access to the questions you did not answer correctly or incorrectly.
