Dear Crystal,

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Please be aware when a candidate schedules for an exam and request special accommodations your original test is cancelled so that extended time can be requested for the exam.

I am fully aware, but the rescheduling was for the month prior to the date confirmed April 14th, to March 14th. So they were both canceled and I couldn't go to the April 14th as planned. I believe this was an error on whosevers part that rescheduled it for the wrong date with accommodations. I would have had a few days to prep for the test, instead of a month. NTC said I can come in and they have room as early as next week if you all get in touch with them.

The test was already paid for and needs to be rescheduled due to the date mix ups on your end. I never scheduled a test for march 14th, it was April 14th, both were scheduled and canceled. When I went for April 14th I couldn't exactly go back intime for March. It was an error and an oversight because it was the same date, wrong month.

Reset my account please so I can add to my ticket and figure out how to fix the mess of my hud counseling accommodation exam that was canceled rescheduled canceled reschedules and now I couldn't even take it and NTC is awaiting a new date for me to come. My job is also looking for resolution.
