Dear Booker,

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Please try to delete the account you have on your TFA account and re-adding it if the code continuously doesn't not work.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

Need to have account reset again. TFA never takes after i give the code given to me by the HUD site. Please reset yet again. Thank you. I am having difficulty paying to have new test scheduled in Kryterion. Each time i go in and setup for the onsite test. When i submit payment information. I receive a message that says 3DSecure Error message: "Payer Authentication Error - Blocked due to Failed Authentication rule" . My bank says they are not even seeing the charge on their end.
