Dear Meghan,

Support shows you still have 3 chances to set up your TFA. If your account states your code is invalid, please attempt from your authenticator app deleting the HUD account and re-adding it. Then re-try again.

This is Megan Freeman again. I am trying to print my housing counselor certificate and I have tried the multiple authentication multiple times using both the Microsoft and the Google and I am now locked out of my account again.
