Dear Heather,

Support has found 2 accounts with 2 different emails with the same name. Please indicated which username or the email for which you are trying to authenticate. This could be the issue in which keeps occurring when trying to log into your account.

The email you have provided hkreifel@balancepro.org has 2 more attempts available for you to setup your TFA. If you have already downloaded the app please clear all open windows and browsers and re-try again. If you still require assistance, please send any screen shot or error message attached to the bottom of this ticket.

Dear Heather,

Support has reset your account. Support suggests deleting the existing account on your authenticator app and re-adding. From your HUD account the following should appear:

TFA application

Validation Plugin: TFA TOTP

Generate verification codes from a mobile or desktop application.

  • Reset application****** this is the link you click in order to generate the QR code or gather a 6-digit code.

Hi, my name is Heather Kreisel KREIF as in Frank El. My return phone call is 816-585-7655. I'm having issues getting past the two factor authentication on the head housing counselors.com page. I've set this up, it was set up to go to my phone, it's just not delivering the authentication. I passed my Heck M test and I'm trying to get the results transferred and I'm unable to do that until I have this authentication sent to my phone. It was working on 3/31 when I first set this up. I did get a confirmation e-mail that the authentication code was set up. It was set up to my phone and I was able to receive messages at that time. Since then I've not been able to receive a message and I've tried for several days. I got stuck calling a different number. I'm hopeful that you can help me. If someone could please call me back so I could get this resolved quickly, I would appreciate it. Again, the number is 816-585-7655. Thank you.
