Hi I have submitted a few support tickets to you guys before. Previously it was regarding the HECM Exam which I did end up passing and figuring out. I appreciate your help, and I apologize if I came across rude in my last email. You see, I was just frustrated from failing the test as many times as I did. However, I am reaching out regarding my user profile. I am trying to transfer my results to the FHA Connection and every time I fill it out this message comes up "Error transmitting results: [1]ADDR_STREET may not be longer than 30 characters. [2]ADDR_ATTN may not be longer than 30 characters." It is not letting me transfer the results because of this. Is there anyway this can be fixed?
