Support does not assign or have access to user passwords. Records indicate your account is active and we are unable to reset your password. The email indicated dspector@consumercredit.com is the email linked to your account.

If you do not receive the email with the link to reset your password, please check your spam and junk folders. Please also verify that you are checking the correct email address.

I am still trying to sign up for a HECM Exam Date. I clicked on “Forgot Password” and requested a re-set link. However, I got a response which says that “There was a problem with your form submission. Please wait 6 seconds and try again”. I waited a minute, and I tried again. This time, it indicated that I would receive an email within a few minutes. It has now been a while, and I still have not received the re-set link email. I checked my junk spam folder, and it is not in there either.
