Thank you for informing us of the issue you are experiencing. To better enable us to resolve the issue, please provide more information by updating this ticket via the link at the bottom of this message. Support shows you accessed your account yesterday and launched your test and were able to take the test yesterday. Your HUD account is not locked or needs to be reset. If you are trying to access your Webassessor account where you were able to launch your test and see results, please advise if you need access to that account or send a screenshot via this ticket of the error you are receiving. As Support is unable to access your password to change your password. The email you have indicated is linked to your account.

I am still trying to re-set my password. I have checked my junk folder and spam folder. I have checked my regular email account. I have not received the re-set email. My email address appears to be correct. What should I do? I need to sign up to take the HECM Exam.
