Original Ticket Body: I'm following up on the support ticket at https://hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov/node/42836. I have the Google Authenticator app on my mobile phone, but I have not been able to add HUD Housing Counselors to the app in order to receive login codes. I do not see the Validation Plugin: TFA TOTP or any Reset Application link to generate a validation code.

Do I need to create a new account? Can I do that and transfer all the information from my current account--which I cannot log into?

Thank you for informing us of the issue you are experiencing. Please provide a valid phone number to contact you as we tried calling you at 216-682-6504 and is not a working number. Support suggests not creating a new account as this may cause confusion and we are unable to merge accounts.

Dear James,

We have reached out this afternoon again to assist with your TFA setup. Support suggests deleting the current account you have on your TFA application or adding by using the + sign and add your HUD account. Then login into your HUD account which will generate a link to reset your application and that will give you a QR code or generate a 6-digit code.
