I'm following up, again, on the support ticket viewable at https://hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov/node/42896 Someone from your department just called me from a private number. This has happened more than once. I do not answer calls from private or undisclosed numbers. My best availability during the week is during my lunch break, 1pm to 2pm EDT.
