Hello,
I have had to reset my password multiple times in order to gain access to my account. I sent a request to reset it again but i have not gotten the email to reset the PW. I even tried making a new account and it says that my email is in use
My exam is tomorrow morning at 9am and i need to ensure i have access prior. Can you please assist me in logging into the account.
