Dear Terris,

Support is unable to add your HUD account to your authenticator app you must add it yourself by selecting the + sign.

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

please remove authenticator from my account. The account somehow got deleted from my Google Authenticator app on my phone so i cannot access my account. Please delete it so i can redo the steps and add HUD to my authenticator. Thank you
