Hi, my name is Alicia Johnson. I've read it here twice for the class but was unable to log in because I didn't have a 2 factor authenticator. One of you guys sent me 3 links to download it, but my e-mail address is is not a Gmail so I don't know how to sign into this authenticator. I don't really know how to work it or do it so I could do my test. So can someone please call me back to walk me through that process so that I'm set up so I can take my test on Monday? Dear Alisha,
You are not required to have a gmail to set up your 2-factor authenticator. Once the app is downloaded Add your ajohnson@iercsb.org email to the app by either clicking the + sign or clicking on the 3 lines located on the app to add the work or school or other account. Once you have done so log into your HUD account. Once you log into your HUD account it will ask you to either scan a QR code or generate a 6-digit code.
