Hello HUD housing counselor help line. My name is Crystal Doe and I've actually been struggling for a few days to be able to log in and take my exam. So again the name is Crystal Doe. Telephone number is 508414 0370 and I actually just talked to my boss who I guess is the sponsor who has been trying to register for this. She told me that my account is locked, so I guess I have to have it unlocked before I can do anything else. I guess once we get it unlocked, we can do the scheduling and everything else and I would totally appreciate that. Again, 508-414-0370 and Crystal Doe and let's see.
