Dear Kassandra,

Once you have downloaded the app you simultaneously should have your HUD account open. Log into your HUD account and you should see TFA application and below that you will see Reset application this is what you will click in order to scan a QR code or see the 6-digit code. If you already have installed and enable your TFA you will simply just log into your HUD account and then open your authenticator app and the app will give you the 6-digit code to enter into your HUD website.

Good afternoon,

I downloaded the google authenticator and Microsoft authenticator and Im not getting any code when I sign in to https://hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov/user/login

My test is this Friday . I need to reschedule by today latest tomorrow, or I will have to repay $100.
