In addition to the training materials on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov, the HUD Office of Housing Counseling offers many resources on the HUD Exchange. You can also subscribe to the Housing Counseling Mailing List for regular training notifications. Study Guides are available to print also if needed.

Information about the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) certification is available on the HECM Counseling Resources page of the HUD Exchange.

Good afternoon, This might be a stretch but my name is Darnell Morris intake processor for NKCDC I took the exam two times recently today and last Monday. I’m reaching out to see if these anything to help me pass since my first time I scored 385 , last Monday 465 and today 482. Is there a was to get lol extra credit or something since I failed by two questions. I understand if it’s not just wanted to check before I give up .
