Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Once you download the app you will add your https://hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov account to the app by either clicking on the 3 lines in the corner or by hitting the + sign located on either 4 corners. Once added you will login to your HUD account and once logged in you will select Reset application and a QR code or a 6-digit code will be generated for you.
