Dear Chanon,

Your request for extra time is approved.

Support will switch your exam to the extended time version. You will receive a cancellation email and a new confirmation email. Because the extended time version includes an extra hour, we cannot guarantee the date, and time will match your original registration.

Support will switch your exam to the version that allows your accommodation. You will receive a cancellation email and a new confirmation email.

Sincerely.
