Request accommodations for exams at a test center at least 45 days in advance (Test Center Locator).
Request accommodations for online exams at least 5 days in advance.

Recommendations of qualified professionals

Important Notes
Requests are not complete until Support confirms that sufficient documentation has been provided.
Online exams are proctored remotely using software that blocks all other computer applications. Screen reader or screen magnification programs will not function during online exams.
Online exam candidates must provide their own equipment.
Candidates should contact Support if canceling or rescheduling a test center exam with accommodations.

I did the exam today and didn't pass. You had approved 360 minutes for todays test. I am scheduled for the exam again on Wednesday 5/21/2025 at 10 am and am checking to see if i can get extended time again.
Support will switch your exam to the extended time version. You will receive a cancellation email and a new confirmation email. Because the extended time version includes an extra hour, we cannot guarantee the date, and time will match your original registration.
Support will switch your exam to the version that allows your accommodation. You will receive a cancellation email and a new confirmation email.
