Dear Alexander,

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Please be advised you will not receive a text message or a email of a code. Once you download the app you will login to your HUD account to generate a QR code or a 6-digit code.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

This is Alex Rediger at 319-594-1153. I'm unable to get into my account. It's asking for two-part or whatever 2 factor verification but I'm not getting a text or anything in order to put it in 319-594-1153. Thank you.
