Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Please be advised the code will not be sent to your email nor text message. You must download the app and then log into your HUD account and click the Reset application link that will generate the QR code or the 6-digit code that you need.

Trying to log into my account to take the HUD Study Exam and the actual HUD exam yet there is a verification code being sent however, I haven't received it yet. Please advise.
