My name is Rachelle Prouse, and I am a counselor with New Start Financial and Social Services.
I am reaching out regarding a technical issue I experienced while attempting to take my HUD Certification Exam, which was scheduled for Tuesday, May 12th at 2:30 PM Central Time. Unfortunately, I was unable to access the exam platform at the scheduled time. I followed all instructions and attempted multiple times to log in but was unsuccessful.
Since then, I have contacted every available support option, but I have only received automated replies or have been unable to connect with a live representative. I have not yet received any resolution or guidance on how to proceed.
Given that I was not able to access or begin the exam due to technical issues beyond my control, I am requesting assistance in rescheduling the exam without an additional payment.
Please let me know the next steps or if any further information is needed from my end. I would be grateful for your support in resolving this matter.
