My exam was cancelled (5/20/25) by the proctor and Kryterion will not allow us to see the score or reopen the test, as I had not yet submitted it. The proctor alert read that I was looking away from the camera when I was using the calculator. I was given the opportunity to speak with or message a proctor to explain the situation. When I was attempting to review questions from my completed exam another warning came on my screen and then shut my exam down and forced me to exit.

As you review the session, please note: when each question loaded, it and the calculator would appear towards the bottom of my screen. I needed to find the scroll bar to the right and bring the print higher many times. This was especially true for long print questions that involved math. Additionally, my mouse froze at least two times and I had to view the number pad on the keyboard to use the calculator and enter notes. Thank you for your thoroughness and consideration of these contributing factors.
