Yes, my name is Jerry Kelly and I'm trying to set up for my Heckham counseling exam and when I went to log in yesterday it was telling me the password was incorrect so I hit the reset password. It said it would e-mail me something. I haven't received it yet. Check my junk and spam mail and clutter and all that. Don't see anything. I did it again this morning and still nothing so if someone could call me back my phone number is 918-829-5324. Submitted a help ticket as well. Just needing to get this reset so I can schedule my test as soon as possible. Thank you.
