Dear Andrea,

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Please be advised once the app is downloaded you will log into your HUD account then it will prompt a link for Reset application, and this will generate the QR code or 6-digit code for you. If you have already installed the app you must login into the HUD account and then open authenticator, and this will generate the code for you.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.
