Dear Chad,

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. Please be advised you must download the authenticator app first and then log into your account which will have a Reset application link to scan a QR code or generate a 6-digit code. These codes will not be sent via text or email.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

I'm trying to login, and the system says it is sending a verification code via 2FA. I am not getting anything via email or my phone. Where is this code going? Thank you, Chad Joyce
