I have lost access to my Microsoft Authenticator app and can no longer authenticate into my HUD account. This has locked me out of the HUD website that require MFA. Would I be able to reset my MFA account or obtain a QR code connected to it for a new set up? Or possibly disabling the MFA to access my account? I am just needing access to transfer my exam results so i can gain my Certificate. thank you!

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.
