Dear Leslie,

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again.

Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.

Dear Leslie,

Your password does not need to be reset you must download the authenticator in order log into your HUD account. Once you have downloaded the authenticator app you will either see a + sign or 3 lines in one of the corners which allows you to add your HUD account the app. Once you have added the account you will then open a new window and log into your HUD account once logged it will either ask you to Reset the application if this appears you will click the link and scan the QR code or generate the 6-digit code off your HUD account. If you have already added your HUD account to the authenticator you will simply just log into your HUD account and once it asks for the 6-digit code, you will open the authenticator app, and this will give you the 6-digit code.

Sincerely,
