I am trying to log in to the HUD Housing Counselors site and it will not take my username and password. I have the authenticator app and it will not accept my code that I have entered then I get timed out for too many tries.
I would like to sign up to take the HUD exam at a Proctored site but will also contact Kryterion to see if they can be of assistance.
I have already submitted a help ticket on the Hud site last week and have yet to get any response.

Support has reset your account. Please note you will be required to set up two factor authentication upon log in. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked again. If you have already installed the authenticator app close all windows and browsers and re-login to your HUD account and when asked open your authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code.
Below are two links to assist in setting up your two-factor log in. Support highly recommends downloading one of these applications on your mobile device.
