I was not able to launch my scheduled exam this morning. after I checked the instruction boxes and clicked Launch I received a blank page, I tried several times with no success. I had to reschedule my exam because I could not access it . Please check the portal for problems

Candidates may experience long wait times for support during times of high volume. If your exam times out while you are waiting for support, Kryterion should reschedule you at no charge.
